This course will enable you to understand the applications of marketing concepts in a global organization and examine international channel distribution as well as promotional pricing.
Project Management: Integration, Scope, Time and Communication
The course will enable you to take a practical approach towards emphasizing the project phases and processes presented by organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). This course will provide you the opportunity to get an in-depth learning of project life cycle and project management techniques, basic project management framework, and the preparation of a basic project plan.
